Perfect! This product would have been all for it manufacturing serious, pleasant to use if it had not missed the compatibility with any kind of DAC, since in my case I have not been able to use it with my DAC HEGEL on the HIFI system. A digital output optical or coaxial would have also solved the problèmeJe so I sent it back and it is really a shame. Used as a NAS, it perfectly fulfills its functions : it takes up very little space and cools very well the discs. Used with Seagate NAS, they will retain a temperature below 30°c, even in the activity, and the CPU is generally around this temperature also (with the fan at 12. 5%). It is a little noisy, and the network interfaces are the 1Gbps without problem (it manages the bonding, and can send/receive 2Gbps without a problem). The CPU has the advantage of consuming relatively little, while being comfortable enough to use NAS (even in raid 1 btrfs with compression lzo), in SFTP, SMB or NFS. To recommend!!! This is the 1st NAS that I have bought : delivery and installation without a problem. Matches perfectly what I wanted to do : server multimedia rj45 with my pc etwifi with my tablet. No slowing down for the moment. Bought to act as a DVR for my IP cameras, it does perfectly his work. For the number of functions without doubts one of the best choice quality/price.
